The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has invited Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the first phase of a large Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) planned in Navi Mumbai, marking a significant step towards strengthening the region’s position as a national logistics hub.
Prime location with strong multimodal connectivity
The proposed project will be developed on around 374 hectares of land near Chirle village in the Pushpak node. Officials said the site is strategically located close to key infrastructure such as the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, and the proposed Dedicated Freight Corridor, offering seamless multimodal connectivity.
