A computerised lottery for 4,779 homes under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category of City And Industrial Development Corporation Of Maharashtra Ltd's (CIDCO) ‘My Preferred CIDCO Home – My 1st Choice’ housing scheme was held on Friday, at CIDCO Bhavan in CBD Belapur, an official statement said.

The housing scheme was launched by CIDCO on August 15, 2026 to provide affordable housing opportunities to eligible EWS applicants in Navi Mumbai.
