City boys and girls were the stars at the first ever National Karate Tournament at Talkatora Indoor stadium at New Delhi organised by the All India Karate-Do & Kobudo Promotion Foundation.

Pradyut P Shetty, a lad from Lokhandwala Foundation school, Kandivli (East) won three gold medals. Other local boys Yathart Bajaj and Shashwat Asthana won the second and third prize respectively.

Niyati Pragya also won two gold medals and one silver. R Prince, won one gold and one Bronze medal.
