Two days after the Shiv Sena launched its ‘vision document’ for the forthcoming Maharashtra state assembly elections, the Congress has reciprocated by mocking it. The party has called the document, which states the Sena’s plan to transform Nagpur into a transport hub, Pune an educational hub and Solapur a textile hub among many other things, if the party comes into power, a ‘waste’.
