COVID-19: 435 new cases in Mumbai, over 2,100 in Maharashtra

BMC on Wednesday inoculated 5,197 health workers out of the 7,700 they were expecting

For the third consecutive day, on Wednesday, the number of tests done was lower than last week when an average of 16,000 tests were conducted every day. With fewer tests, the average number of daily cases in the city has also dropped. Health department officials on Wednesday confirmed over 2,100 novel Coronavirus cases in the state, including 435 in Mumbai.
