Mumbai witnessed a marginal drop in Covid-19 cases as it reported 11,317 new cases along with nine deaths on January 14. The city had recorded 13,702 cases on January 13.

Mumbai currently has 84,352 active cases of Covid-19 and the recovery rate is at 89 per cent. There were 54,924 tests carried out by the BMC in the last 24 hours. According to BMC, 22,073 patients were also discharged from hospitals in the past 24 hours.
