Daytime road repair work spells chaos for motorists on Western Express Highway

Thanks to the daytime road repair work executed by the Public Works Department (PWD) near the domestic airport yesterday, commuting on the southbound carriageway of the Western Express Highway (WEH) remained nightmarish for the entire day.
