The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday filed an application before a Mumbai Court to declare slain underworld don Iqbal Mirchi's family members as "fugitive" economic offenders in connection with its probe into a money laundering case.

An ED official said that the agency has filed an application with the court here under section 4 read with section 12 of the Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 (FEOA) before the Special PMLA Court in the Iqbal Mirchi case.
