"Even the celebrities should be frisked. Any reveller or a celebrity carrying banned item inside the party venues must be immediately reported to the cops deployed at the venue by the organisers," said Pratap Dighavkar, DCP, Zone IX. u00a0 "Now that we are aware of the latest modus operandi implemented by the drug dealers, we'll be on a high alert," he added.
