Flooded Kurla-Sion disrupts Central Railway fast line

Western Railway manages to stay afloat with no delays or disruptions due to heavy and continuous rain, Konkan Railway train schedule affected owing to a landslide in Palghat division

Due to waterlogging on Friday at Kurla-Sion, the fast line between Matunga and Mulund on the main line was suspended from 10.30 am to 11.15 am. On the harbour line, there was major waterlogging at Chunabhatti and train services had to be suspended between Wadala Road and Mankhurd stations from 11.10 am to 12 pm.

Western Railway services managed to stay afloat and there were no delays or disruptions because of the rain.
