As Ganesh mandals in the city prepare to welcome the elephant god, they have also appealed to another higher power the BMC. The Brihanmumbai Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Samanvaya Samiti (BSGSS), a committee which represents 11,400 Ganesh mandals in the city, has requested the BMC to fix potholes in the city.
