The magistrate court yesterday rejected an application filed by Chintan Upadhyay&rsquo;s lawyer to seal his house and office. Upadhyay demanded that these two places be sealed as the case is still undergoing investigation.

&ldquo;We had filed this application with the court as we presume that there is a great possibility that false evidence can be planted at those places,&rdquo; one of his lawyers told mid-day.
