At a function held in New Delhi, B P Singh, deputy managing director, IDBI Bank, received the certificate from Dr Amit Gupta, Finance Director, QA Certification Pvt Ltd, on behalf of the Bank.u00a0u00a0<br /> <br />Recognised in more than 150 countries, the 9001:2008 standards place strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, management responsibility, continual improvement and organisational performance measurement.u00a0<br /><br /> This gives the customer confidence and satisfaction. Shree Vayam, the in-house journal of the Bank also received the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate for its design, publication and timely distribution.
