A routine wildlife rescue operation in Thane turned unusual after members of the Wildlife Welfare Association (WWA) rescued an Indian Rock Python that was found entangled in a plastic toy ring inside a residential property.

The rescue team was alerted by a resident who spotted a snake inside the house with an unidentified object stuck around its body. Upon reaching the spot, WWA members identified the reptile as an Indian Rock Python and discovered that it had become trapped in a discarded plastic ring toy.
