Nearly two months after a Navi Mumbai resident captured a BEST driver jumping the signal in Chembur through the dashboard camera of his car, authorities have finally decided to take action against the errant staff.  

In September, Navi Mumbai resident Venkata Satish Guttia had submitted all evidence related to the traffic violation to the BEST Undertaking. Despite that, Guttia alleged that he was forced to appear for an inquiry.
