Parents’ demand to reopen schools for Std VII and below is finally heard as state cabinet minister Aaditya Thackeray, in a social media post, said the issue is being actively discussed. The demand to reopen school for the younger students has intensified over the past week with scores of parents taking to social media to raise their concerns. They have also sent a letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, as reported by mid-day on Sunday.
