President Pratibha Patil on Saturday accepted the resignation letter of Kolkata high court judge justice Soumitra Sen and has forwarded it to the Law Ministry for action.<br />u00a0<br />The Lok Sabha will now decide if the motion for Justice Sen's removal will be taken up on Monday or not.<br />u00a0<br />Sen, then an advocate, was held guilty of misappropriating Rs 33.23 lakh in a 1983 case, while he was appointed a receiver by the High Court.
