The 52-year-old woman, who was allegedly raped by scion of Sriram Mills Abhishek Kasliwal, will depose before the sessions court on June 19.

The victim, who had disappeared mysteriously soon after the incident in March 2006, had on June 4 approached suburban Worli police station.

The victim's disappearance since October 2006 had resulted in a major setback to the case. "Five witnesses have deposed in the case against Kasliwal.
