Kidnapper of Kandivli resident caught

On Friday night, seven year-old Ajay Prajapati, a resident of Lokhit Rahivasi Sangh, Kandivli (west),went to play dandiya in his neighbourhood
At 9.24 pm, his father Ramsagar Prajapati received a threat call asking for a ransom of Rs five lakh for his son. Prajapati immediately rushed to Kandivli police station and registered an FIR. The police managed to identify the caller as 22 year-old Sayeed Ali Raja Ali Chaudhary, also a resident of Lokhit Rahivasi Sangh.u00a0
Yesterday, around 8.15 am the police team found Chaudhary at his apartment. He confessed to having kept the boy at his girlfriend Nafisa Mohammed Yakub Shaikh’s house. Shaikh and Chaudhary were both arrested. Prajapati was found in Shaikh’s Dahisar home. u00a0
