Landslide effect: Length of tunnels on Mumbai-Pune Expressway to be increased

In order to prevent further incidents of landslides, the length of the present tunnel of Adoshi on Mumbai Pune Expressway will be increased by 100 metres.
The decision has been taken in the MSRDC meeting which was held on Monday. The length of the Lonavala tunnel on the Expressway will also be increased by 300 metres.
