<p>Security has been beefed up outside Prabhukunj, the residence of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar after her passing on Sunday at the Breach Candy hospital, Mumbai.</p>

<p>Union Minister Nitin Gadkari announced the sad news of her passing today morning outside the hospital. Later, Maharashtra CM&rsquo;s wife Rashmi Thackeray, Aaditya Thackeray were seen visiting breach candy hospital.</p>

<p>Her mortal remains will be taken from the hospital to her residence at around 12:30 pm. Maharashtra Chief Minister&rsquo;s Office has notified that a state funeral will be held for the iconic singer at 6:30 pm in Shivaji Park today.</p><p>
