The Maharashtra government will launch a three-month ‘Reform Utsav-2026’ campaign from October 2 to gather citizens’ suggestions on streamlining administrative, digital, and governance processes, officials said on Tuesday.

According to a government resolution issued by the General Administration Department, the initiative aims to turn citizens’ suggestions into practical, effective reforms by identifying unnecessary procedures, compliance burdens and shortcomings in service delivery. The campaign is based on the concept note of the Centre’s Department of Economic Affairs.
