Maharashtra government signs Rs 6.5 lakh crore nuclear energy projects

Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis on Monday said that the state will play a major role in helping India become an “energy-rich nation” through large-scale investment in clean and nuclear energy projects, officials said.
Speaking at a meeting held at Mantralaya in Mumbai, CM Fadnavis said the state government has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with four major companies for nuclear energy generation projects.
