Maharashtra Congress chief Harshwardhan Sapkal has criticised the BJP-led Mahayuti government, claiming that 36,211 private companies have shut down over the past five financial years.

Sapkal said the government’s claims of attracting investment worth lakhs of crores of rupees and creating millions of jobs had failed to match the situation on the ground.
