The Mahayuti alliance is confident of winning all 17 seats in the upcoming Maharashtra Legislative Council elections, deputy CM Eknath Shinde said on Monday.
Shinde was speaking after the Mahayuti candidate Ravindra Phatak filed his nomination at the Thane District Collector’s office on Monday. Before filing his papers, he and alliance leaders visited Anand Ashram at Tembhi Naka and paid tribute to late Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray and late leader Anand Dighe.
