Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray has backed the growing demand for restrictions on high-decibel DJ systems and loudspeakers during festivals in Maharashtra, reported the PTI.

Speaking at a news conference on Tuesday, Thackeray said festivals should spread happiness and bring people together rather than cause disturbance because of excessive noise.
