Mumbai: Maharashtra Association of Resident Doctors (MARD), which was going to undertake a one-day mass bunk on Friday to support the striking medicos of Kanpur, called off the strike on Thursday evening.
The senior doctors of Kanpur’s Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial (GSVM) Medical College called off their indefinite strike on Thursday after six days as the UP government invoked the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA) against them a day ago.
