Maharashtra floods: Relief efforts for farmers underway in Marathwada, says Eknath Shinde

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde stated that the state government has initiated immediate relief measures for flood-affected farmers in Marathwada, with compensation to be disbursed at the earliest opportunity, reported the PTI.
Speaking at a Shiv Sena rally in Navi Mumbai, Eknath Shinde said that it is the government’s duty to support farmers in distress and assured that they would not be left to endure their hardships alone.
