Senior IAS officer Tukaram Mundhe has been appointed as the new Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Maharashtra.
He replaces Shridhar Dube Patil, who has now been transferred as the Chief Executive Officer of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
