The stretch of the national highway between <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/Bhiwandi-all" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Bhiwandi</a> and Sahapur in <a href="https://www.mid-day.com/search/Thane-all" target="_blank" rel="none noopener">Thane</a> district was in a pathetic condition and contractors must repair it within seven days or face an agitation, local MLA Shantaram More said on Thursday.
More represents Bhiwandi Rural seat and is part of the Shiv Sena faction of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
