Maharashtra Minister Bawankule orders for service roads to restore farm access hit by rail projects

Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has directed mandatory construction of service roads to ensure farmers retain access to their fields despite railway or infrastructure projects. The move follows concerns from Dhule over the Manmad-Indore rail line and aims to support small farmers

Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule on Wednesday directed the construction of service roads for farmers, whose access routes are disrupted by the railway or any other infrastructure projects.

Bawankule further directed that it should be made mandatory to ensure that farmers can reach their fields without facing any difficulty.
