The indefinite strike by clerical staff at Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) across Maharashtra entered its second day, severely affecting a range of essential transport-related services and causing inconvenience to citizens, vehicle owners and transport operators.

With clerical employees continuing their agitation, several routine administrative functions have come to a standstill at RTO offices across the state.
