The Mumbai Central police have arrested a man for killing his neighbour and cutting off his private parts before dumping his body. According to the police, the victim used to ask the accused’s wife for sexual favours, and the accused had warned the victim against doing so.

After discovering the body of the 40-year-old man inside an unused signalling cabin at Mahim Railway station on September 4, police then circulated the picture of the victim in Mahim, after which he was identified.
