Dadar police on Tuesday invoked Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, (MCOCA) against gangster Ashwin Naik and eight others for extorting Rs 50 lakh from a builder.
All three accused in the case were also presented before special MCOC court where they were remanded to police custody till January 2.
