MHADA pulls up defaulting builders for delay in construction of projects

Developers given the responsibility of constructing 185 cessed buildings under the Maharashtra Housing Area and Development Authority (MHADA) has landed in deep trouble for delaying the projects

Developers given the responsibility of constructing 185 cessed buildings under the Maharashtra Housing Area and Development Authority (MHADA) has landed in deep trouble for delaying the projects. The Authority has already cancelled the NOCs given to 35 projects and has served show-cause notices to the remaining 150. It has also initiated the process of taking action against the developers.
