MMRDA deploys 5,000 workers to speed up MTHL project

With the MTHL project in action, commuters will be able to cut the travel time between Navi Mumbai and the city by one and a half hour.

MMRDA has deployed over 5,000 workers for the project which is slated to get completed by September 2022.

Motorists will soon be able to travel via the Mumbai Trans Harbor Link road, as the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has deployed over 5,000 workers for the project which is slated to get completed by September 2022.

The 22-km sea highway will connect Sewri (in the southern part of Mumbai) to Nhava Sheva in Navi Mumbai, which will help save time. Currently, it takes over two and a half hours to reach Navi Mumbai from the city. With the MTHL project in action, commuters will be able to cut the travel time by one and a half hour.
