Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has received an overwhelming response to its e-tender inviting realty developers to buy 30,000 square meters of TDR in Goregaon and Jogeshwari.

In a press release sent to the media by MMRDA, it was stated that in all 14 companies have filed tender documents to buy transferable development rights generated from slum rehabilitation projects at CTS.No.257D (Nirlon Plot-10,574.76 sq. m. TDR), CTS.No.223A (NESCO Plot-9,970.49 sq. m. TDR) both at Goregaon and CTS.No.50(pt), 51(pt) and 52(pt) (Ajgaonkar Plot-9,454.75 sq. m. TDR) at Jogeshwari.
