MMRDA's TDR sale may earn over Rs 150 crore

Mumbai: The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), which has put on the block around 30,000 sq metres of transfer of development rights (TDR), today said the sale will fetch over Rs 150 crore.
Nearly 30,000 sq metres, or 3.22 lakh sq ft, of TDR have been generated from slum rehabilitation projects at Nirlon and NESCO plots in suburban Goregaon and Ajgaonkar in suburban Jogeshwari, an MMRDA statement said here.
