Every Mumbaikar is praying to the Rain Gods right now. So&nbsp;desperate are the times and so troubled by heat are the citizens of Mumbai that even&nbsp;atheists would be looking&nbsp;heavenward for the first signs of monsoon (Well, they are looking up aren't they.).
Well, they don't have to worry any more. For the images below are a clear&nbsp;omen that the rains are just around the corner.

A city like Mumbai needs to prepare for the monsoons and firefighters conducting a&nbsp;pre-monsoon rescue mock drill in the Arabian Sea near Marine Drive is a seasonal sighting that again portends to the arrival of the wet season.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Well for Mumbaikars sweating it out in the sweltering heat, the rains can't come fast enough. Every citizen of the city is waiting for the arrival of the rain Gods with bated breath.&nbsp;
For their sake let's hope these images turn out to the harbingers of rain.
