A retired army officer has been arrested for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old girl in his car. According to the police, after he was arrested, the 78-year-old threatened the survivor’s mother and asked her to take back her complaint.

The accused, identified as Sudhir Prakash Arora (78), is a resident of Malad (East), and was friends with the survivor’s mother, who lives nearby. According to police officials, around 8 pm on Saturday, Arora offered to take the girl out for a drive in his car. After driving around for sometime, he stopped the car in an isolated place, where he performed oral sex on the 10-year-old. After half an hour, Arora dropped the girl to her house.
