Even as the cops are on a war footing to end the menace of train stunts, they refuse to take action against the Bollywood actor who had raised quite a few eyebrows on July 14, when he dangerously leaned out of a running local train to promote his TV show. In fact, now the RPF claims Kapoor didn’t even break any rules.
