The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has introduced an innovative digital system to enhance healthcare services for the citizens of Mumbai. The implementation of the system will commence on May 2, 2025, the officials said on Wednesday.

They said that under the initiative, the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS-2) — a modern digital platform — will be launched across all BMC-operated dispensaries to provide health services in a more advanced manner.
