However, there are no instructions so far to the BMC staff working here whether drive will be commenced or not thus leaving the beneficiaries who have turned up here waiting.

The Dean managing the centre here, Neelam Andrade, said, "Whenever we receive further information on the application upgrade, we will be able to start the drive as the system is shut entirely and no Vaccination drive has started anywhere in the city, today."
