Mumbai: CISF constable lost Rs 95,668 after cyber fraudsters allegedly hacked his phone

A CISF constable posted in Mumbai's Mahim area lost Rs 95,668 after cyber fraudsters allegedly hacked his mobile phone and gained access to his bank account. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation

A CISF constable posted at the CISF office in Mahim Police Colony lost Rs 95,668 after cyber fraudsters allegedly hacked his mobile phone and accessed his bank account.

According to police, the incident came to light on May 30 when the constable noticed his mobile phone repeatedly resetting on its own. He also found that several applications installed on the device were being automatically deleted.
