The updated website of the BMC seems to have a few glitches, with citizens unable to open it on a few computers and mobile phones. An official has said it is an upgraded version for better service and they will resolve any technical issues.

The BMC website was closed from February 13 to  February 14 for the upgrade. Due to this, all the services available on the website were closed during the period. The BMC had informed the public about the period of closure of the website and requested to bear with them. While the upgrade was done, it is inaccessible on some computers as well as mobile phones even after four days. “I tried it on Wednesday. I thought it was due to low internet connectivity, but it wasn’t working even on Thursday,” said a Fort resident.
