Mumbai: The city civil court here today allowed fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim to be made a party to a suit relating to a piece of land in the city which belonged to those involved in the 1993 Mumbai blasts.
"The court has today allowed to make Dawood Ibrahim a party in a case which dates back to 1996," said advocate Charanjit Chandrapal who represents the Income Tax Department.
