Mumbai Crime: Rs 3.8 lakh stolen from Hinduja college

<p>Police say the accused got into the accounts department of the college through some slums next to the building, and also stole a few Ganesh idols made of metal</p>

The VP Road police have registered a theft, wherein Rs 3.8 lakh and few Ganesh idols were stolen from the accounts department of south Mumbai-based KPB Hinduja College. The complaint was registered recently by Shreeprasad Pandurang Paunche (48), who is employed with the department.
