The Tilak Nagar police have arrested a couple who stole cell phones from the students of KJ Somaiya College, Vidyavihar.

Cops alleged that the female accused, Preeti Shinde (18), is a first-year BSc  student of the college and has stolen mobile phones of seven of her classmates over the last two months. Her husband would later sell the stolen goods in the market.
