Mumbai Crime: Man flashes 26-year-old at Kharghar railway station, held

The woman clicked the accused's photos and complained to the GRP. He was arrested later in the evening.

Navi Mumbai The Government Railway Police (GRP) of Panvel arrested a 35-year-old man for flashing a 26-year-old woman and masturbating at Kharghar on Thursday. 

The police have identified the accused as Ratnakar Tayade, who worked at a vada pav stall, according to a report in Times of India.
