Mumbai gangster's aide kidnaps trader, tries to extort Rs 2.5 lakh

Till now the cops were quite sure that gangster Harish Mandvikar's aide Deepak Pandey would not be a threat to the city anymore. But the alleged abduction of a businessman on November 3 has proved them wrong. Pandey is back in action, even after being externed from the city for two years. After kidnapping the businessman, Vishal Nikam, along with his associates from Dahisar, they assaulted him and took away his car. They told him that the only way he could get it back was by paying them '2.5 lakh. The MHB police have registered a case and arrested one.
